Rasa nak menulis plak di petang2 hari ni, in the train, with my BB... (Rasa mcm nk tukar iPhone 4 je,m tp umur BB x sampai setahun pun lg, so xde reason nk justify utk beli IP4 selain... Mengada2)
Cik biskut nak ucap congrats kak mak lang coz last 2 weeks is her engagement with uncle subhi, plus kenduri doa selamat sikit. Tambah lagi celebrate birthday nenek and Rania. Nenek belanja kek. Alhamdulillah semua berjalan lancar.
And as usual favourite cik biskut is using fresh flower. Biar la apa org nak cakap... Cepat layu la, tak bleh simpan la... Tapi yang penting, fresh flower ada kelas yg tersendiri and senang nak buat and cheap. I like!
Total all together is 17 nos of hantaran hokey! Ummmmaaaagggaihh memang banyak. Alhamdulillah manage to finish it sampai pukul 12 tgh mlm hokey. Tak mandi cik biskut 1 hari. Sebenarnya bukan lama sangat nak buat, alahai anak dara cik biskut meragam asyik berkepit 24 jam.

Work Stress
Tau2 nanti heart attack. Sapa nak jawab tu. Kita kerja cari makan, bukan cari penyakit, betul tak.
I always love my job from day 1 lagi. Cik biskut tak pernah menyesal starting my career as cost estimator eventhough its challenging (gaji kat luar puluh ribu tau... Kat msia je ciput). Thanx to all my guru :
1. Brian Balsdon
2. Kak Zihan
3. Darren Ward
Work is always fun for me. But yang paling tak besnya for cik biskut is handling people. This people yang sebenarnya membuatkan stress di kepala otak cik biskut ni.
I've done my very best on each task given to me..."
Percayalah setiap perkara yang kita lakukan ikhlas Lillahitaala, pasti dibalas Nya. I always believe.
Sekian saja utk post kali ni.

Iron Lady Boss
As u all know that cik biskut work in Oil n Gas industry with man all over. Timely it is now change, can see so many beautiful n gorgeous ladies is here in this industry (but not in UAE).
I can remember the time when I was in Miri, Sarawak for 2 years for project colaboration with Shell, I was the only lady surrounded by men. I was a bit scared at first, being me an ex-sekolah agama person in this kinda situation. So awkward. But life must go on, I need to blend with them in order to be accepted.
Being a new engineer, everythg tak tau. Asyik kena marah je dgn snr engineer.
"Ini pun tak tau...."
Perrrkkkhhh masih terngiang2 di telinga. Boleh berdarah telinga. Hahaha. Mula2 mcm nk nangis la jugak, but in order to learn u have to accept all that as a challenge.
And now here I am, surviving and lot more ladies coming to the industry.
Since day 1 in this industry and during the interview, there is this lady which is my boss until now. She is so serious and known as iron lady in my company. She will definitely get whatever she want eventhough have to fight with whoever that gonna stop her. She will always win in any battle of discussion.
Sometime, I wonder why she is like that, but with that bring her up to her level now.
Well, that's my lady boss.

TAXI
Mode : Lepas geram
Disebabkan meeting cik biskut lambat sket, so I decide just to take cab from home. So call la en taxi ni :
cB : Hello, boleh hantar taxi ke taman melawati.
Tx : Apa alamat?
cB : alamat xxxxxx
Tx : tapi ada extra charge RM5 ye.
cB : Eh, kenapa mahal sangat, biasa RM1 je, knp sampai RM5
Ada ke patut taxi driver ni. Spoil mood baik cik biskut pepagi buta ni. Geram sangat dgn sikap taxi driver malaysia ni. Cik biskut bukannya berkira sangat, selalu la jugak bg extra tips to the driver tapi yang ni belum apa2 lagi dh menyirap darah cik biskut. Kalau cik biskut yg kena takpe, kalau org lain yg miskin, yg mmg x mampu, macam mana? Sedih la....
Cik biskut pernah 2 bulan di Jakarta, and there is one taxi service yg agak premium named BLUE BIRD. Service mmg superb, tapi harga agak tinggi sket compare to average taxi, itu pun cuma 2000 Rp je beza. Kualiti taxi pun bagus. Kalau service mcm ni, bayar lebih pun cik biskut tak kisah. If Jakarta can do it, why can't us?
Benda2 macam ni la yang kadang2 buat cik biskut rasa nak try new environment, or in simple word migrate. Tapi bukan bermakna cik biskut tak suka Malaysia. Tpt jatuh lagi kan dikenang (betul ke peribahasa cik biskut ni...). Cuma kekadang bila kat tpt org kita banyak belajar budaya org lain, yang baik aje tau. Tapi bukan semua nya baik pun. So pandai2 la filter sendiri.
Anyway, ini saja luahan hati cik biskut hari ni. Hope for better Malaysia in future.
Be POSITIVE.

Weird Dream
Cik Biskut pelik....
Dah 2-3 hari mimpi orang pelik2...
1. SHAHIR AF

Cik Biskut bukan minat pun kat Shahir ni. Setakat tengok gitu2 saje dalam AF. Pastu 2 hari lepas Cik Biskut mimpi was forced married to him (Cik Biskut tanak kawen, sebab cik biskut dah kawen.... bengong betul mimpi ni). Tapi he seems so nice to me. Lepas tu terus minat Shahir. Hehehehe.
2. Darren Ward
Yang ni "tok guru" cik biskut masa kat UK dulu. Dah lama tak jumpa, cuma beremel-emelan saja. Mimpi kena interview dengan dia untuk naik gred in sooooo informal punya interview. He is very nice person, and I was lucky to have him as one of my "tok guru".
3. David Beckham
Cik Biskut bukan minat pun kat si David ni... ala2 time masa bebudak dulu je. He came to Malaysia and play football in front of me. Of all other girls he seems attracted to me and asked me for a date. Crazy dream!!! When I woke up in the morning, the smile is still there.

Yela bayangkan rumah yang baru je siap tetiba berlubang sana sini, wayar terkeluar sana sini. Kesian dia. Yela, rumah adalah big investment okay. Bukan sikit2 duit yang keluar nak buat rumah ni.

Life is about choice...
You have two choices
Jerry is the manager of a restaurant. He is always in a good mood.
When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would always reply:
"If I were any better, I would be twins!"
Many of the waiters at his restaurant quit their jobs when he changed jobs,
So they could follow him around from restaurant to restaurant
Why?
Because Jerry was a natural motivator.
If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry was always there, telling him how to look on the positive side of the situation.
Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up to Jerry and asked him:
"I don't get it! No one can be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?"
Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, I have two choices today. I can choose to be in a good mood or I can choose to be in a bad mood.
I always choose to be in a good mood. Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be victim or I can choose to learn from it. I always choose to learn from it.
Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I always choose the positive side of life."
"But it's not always that easy,” I protested.
"Yes it is," Jerry said.
"Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk every situation is a choice.
You choose how you react to situations.
You choose how people will affect your mood.
You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood.
It's your choice how you live your life."
Several years later, I heard that Jerry accidentally did something you are never supposed to do in the restaurant business. He left the back door of his restaurant open.
And then in the morning, he was robbed by three armed men.
While Jerry trying to open the safe box, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him.
Luckily, Jerry was found quickly and rushed to the hospital.
After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body.…
I saw Jerry about six months after the accident.
When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins. Want to see my scars?"
I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place.
"The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied.
"Then, after they shot me, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or could choose to die. I chose to live."
Jerry continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine.
But when they wheeled me into the Emergency Room and I saw the expression on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared.
In their eyes, I read
‘He's a dead man’.
I knew I needed to take action."
"What did you do?" I asked.
"Well, there was a big nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything."
'Yes,' to bullets, I replied.
Over their laughter, I told them: “I am choosing to live. Please operate on me as if I am alive, not dead.”
"Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude.
I learned from him that every day you have the choice to either enjoy your life or to hate it.
The only thing that is truly yours - that no one can control or take from you – is your attitude.
