Hollllaaaaa.....
Skang ni cik biskut ter amat busy dengan kerja2 survey dan discussion with the main contractor. Ingat senang nak buat. Bila dah sampai masa pening kepala pikir.

Mana nak survey design lagi. Bila dah ada design yang berkenan dihati, tak suit pulak dengan umah, budget constrain plak la, contractor tak pandai buat macam tu la, macam2 hal.

Luckily, cik biskut tak berapa busy sangat di office. Kalau tak mau tensen dibuatnya.

So this time cik biskut nak bagi tips 4 those yang nak buat renovation.

1. Survey awal2 design/ID rumah yang berkenan dihati.
2. For kitchen cabinet, get early quotes from the consultant (its free) supaya nanti bleh la agak kesesuaian design dgn rumah as well as budget.
3. Jangan rushing untuk appoint main contractor (they always push us to early engage wf them) take ur time.
4. Check background main contractor, e.g. Quality, past experience, how they supervise work.
5. Do benchmarking with few contractors as a point of negotiation.
6. Pls be sure on the plug point switch location.
7. Yg ni over sket, I used to record our negotiation in phone as a proof.
